2
Meet & Interview
Set up a time to interview and get to know your care specialist in person.
3

Questions, answered honestly.
Ideally 6–12 weeks before your due date. The best caregivers get booked early. If your baby is already here and you need help this week — call us. We’ll do what we can.
How far ahead should I inquire?
1
A typical overnight shift is 10 PM–6 AM. We also offer 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts depending on your needs. We’ll work out the exact window on your consult call.
What hours do you cover?
2
Rates vary by caregiver type, shift length, and location. We’ll give you a specific, transparent quote during your free consultation — no bait-and-switch.
What does it cost?
3
Can you work with NICU babies or medical needs?
4
Yes. For babies with specific medical needs — reflux, prematurity, feeding tubes, oxygen — we match you with a caregiver who has that specific experience. We confirm the match on your intake call.
